Syed & Family 313 Challenge

This Ramadan, my wife, my two daughters—Maryam & Hana—and I have taken on the 313 Ramadan Challenge with World Care Foundation to support four orphans. This challenge is more than just numbers; it carries deep historical significance and a purpose that resonates with us.

The number 313 represents the warriors who stood beside Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in the Battle of Badr—a small yet resilient group whose faith, perseverance, and sacrifice led them to victory. Their story is a reminder that even with limited resources, unity and determination can create meaningful change.

Today, millions of orphans, refugees, and vulnerable families face immense hardships—battling hunger, displacement, and an uncertain future. We are taking on this challenge to stand with them, raise awareness, and provide much-needed support during this blessed month.

Insha’Allah, I will personally be traveling to visit orphanages and humanitarian projects across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East to offer direct support and ensure aid reaches those who need it most.
